At Cardinal of Canada, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
